Hello old games lovers,
Today looks like the RPG day, since 20 years ago, on June 29th, 2000 two iconic games were released. In this post we talk about Diablo II and you can find a twin post about Icewind Dale here. Diablo II is the sequel and easily the best installment of the serie and it’s part of my own personal “triad” of great RPGs together with Baldur’s Gate II and Planescape: Torment. I’ve been a Baldur’s Gate player more than a Diablo one but I clearly remember all of the ads in the mags suggesting what a big game it was set to be. And it surely was!

Oggi sembra proprio essere l’RPG day dato che 20 anni fa, il 29 Giugno, 2000 due giochi iconici furono rilasciati. Questo post è riferito a Diablo II e potete trovare un post gemello su Icewind Dale qui. Diablo II è il sequel e facile facile il miglior titolo della serie ed è parte del mia personalissima “triade” di grossi RPG assieme a Baldur’s Gate II e Planescape: Torment. Sono sempre stato più un giocatore da Baldur’s Gate che da Diablo ma ricordo chiaramente tutte le pubblicità sui giornali che lasciavano presagire che super gioco sarebbe stato. E lo era!
