Back in the old times, when Twiligh 001 was my only chance to play some games, Comix Zone was one of the very first games I installed. To me back then didn’t exist “new” or “old” games, not “out of time” games (as is sometimes defined Comix Zone) but everything was wonderful. In Comix Zone we’re thrown in the shoes of a comics hero struggling with the man who drew him and the idea of the graphics and gameplay that follow the development of a comic strip is absolutely brilliant. Many of you will remember Comix Zone even for its toughness but back then I don’t remmeber it being particularly hard to beat because…to me every game was hard! Moreover I’ve never been a “completionist”. Today I’m desperately trying to find a copy of the game complete with the audio CD without spending a fortune and I’ve promised myself that the day I’ll find it I’ll finally beat the game.

  1. Wow! It seems very original and entertaining (and the “meta” factor, today, can sell the game without efforts).
Sega should re-use this idea asap, I have no doubt 🙂
