[Editorial] Guess what’s next on I ❤ Old Games! – 20/10/19

Hello guys,

Even last week I’ve succeded in buying at least one game and this time is Mystic Quest for SNES, a game I was looking for and that I finally I found at a decent price. It’s been also a week of purchases from GOG.come where I got the original Alone in the Dark trilogy (the only orinal game I have is the second) and Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, a game that when it came out made me drool a lot because at the time I was playing with Commandos and Desperados was its version set in the West. As always I’ve been playing Magic with my girlfriend a lot and were almost ready to go out to play (and to be kicked in the ass) in the real world. Getting back to some games I’ve bought in the past on GOG.com I tried to throw myself again on Lure of the Temptress on which I’ve been stalling a thousand times in the past. Who knows if the thousand-and-one time will be the good one…

Anche in quest’ultima settimana sono riuscito ad accaparrarmi almeno un gioco e questa volta si tratta di Mystic Quest per SNES, un gioco che inseguivo da tempo e che finalmente ho trovato ad un prezzo decente. E’ stata anche una settimana di acquisti su GOG.com, da dove ho recuperato la trilogia originale di Alone in the Dark (di originale ho solo il secondo) eDesperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, un gioco che mi ricordo quando uscì mi fece sbrodolare e non poco visto che ai tempi giocavo un sacco a Commandos e Desperados era la sua versione ambientata nel West. Come al solito ho anche giocato parecchio a Magic con la mia morosa e ormai siamo quasi pronti per uscire di casa e andare a giocare (e farci prendere a calci) nel mondo reale. Sempre tornando ai giochi che avevo a suo tempo comprato su GOG.com ho provato a rimettermi anima e corpo su Lure of the Temptress sul quale mi sono arenato un miliardo di volte. Chissà se la miliardesima e una volta sarà quella buona…
