Hello guys,
I did it. I’ve completed Resident Evil Remake for the Xbox One. After a slow start, because zombies scare me to death I’ve quickly done everything I needed to do in the garden and in the laboratories and I’ve killed the fucking tyrant at the first attempt. I’ve played easy mode and I realized I could have been bolder because I’ve finished the game with still 41 ink ribbons, all of my arsenal of grenades still untouched, 30 standard bullets and like 15 among herbs and first aid kits. Suffice to say, next time I’ll try the hard mode.
In the meantime I felt I had the “flow” and so I’ve started King’s Quest I: Quest for the Crown. Despite some misunderstandings with the game parser I managed to complete it in just two days. Not bad. I’ve also already written a review about it and the good thing is that it came out of my hands in one breath, something that rarely happens to me.
The adventure was still running through my veins so I’ve also decided to start and complete once and for all a great classic, Maniac Mansion. Even though I’ve started it a million times, another million times I’ve left it after a few days without any progress. This time instead I’ve taked it more seriously and I’m already at a good point.
Since I was diving into nostalgia and I needed something to kill the fear RE left in me I’ve installed 3D Pinball Space Cadet. Yes, THAT pinball. Still a great game to lose one hour from time to time…
