[Editorial] Guess what’s next on I ❤ Old Games! – 16/12/18

Hello guys,

Last week has been rather intense for me.

At the beginning of December I’ve sketched on graph paper a project for a new piece of furniture to put in my living room. The situation under my TVs began to be a bit chaotic and the fact that the two TVs were standing next to each others was something that I really didn’t like.

So, after a few evaluations I’ve commissioned to my dad who had worked (and still works) with wood for a lifetime a shelving to release the pressure I’ve put on my IKEA furniture.

The idea was to “divide” the console between modern ones to use on my newer TV that has more HDMI ports and older ones to hook up to the older TV (one I’ve found in the past that was perfectly workink but destined to the dump) since it has more SCART slots and an antenna switch.

This is the finished product (is still missing three shelves to divide the three lower rooms)

Next tuesday, with an helping hand I will reorganize the TVs and the console and, mostly important the 24 tons of cables behind the consoles. I think the final set up will be excellent even thoug, of course, there will be some empty spots. Something that will encourage me to buy more games 😀
