Hello old games lovers,
Yes, time passes. And quite fast I have to say. It seems yesterday when I was playing Half-Life on my PC and PUFF, 20 years have passed. Even though I’m a bit late, on November 19th, 1998 Half-Life hit the scene and quickly became one of the best FPS ever made, which is still praised now, two decades later. This is probably one of my top-3 FPS and Gordon Freeman is one of the characters I love the most, so let’s play HL again!
I got this for Christmas 1998. Amazing to think it would be this enormous by now. I also got Sin the same year, what the hell happened to that game!

I got a copy of the game from a friend in school and it has been love at first sight (with the game, not with the friend). I thought I was the only one who ever played Sin! It was on a…ehm…pirate compilation, a Twilight. It was a “meh” game but I’ve enjoyed it a lot. I’ve even played the sequel Wages of Sin!

Was Wages the episodic one? There was only a single episode released if I recall.

Yes actually Wages of Sin wasn’t exactly a sequel but an expansion. I’ve played so many years ago I confuse the two, even because both the original and the expansion I got were on the same CD so I can’t really tell the difference between the two 😓

With the popularity of fast paced FPS games right now, I wouldn’t say no to a reboot.
