Hello old game lovers,
Here we come again with the long-dormant column [Happy Birthday!] and we open the monh of celebration with a great game that this month turns 30, Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny, released in 1988.
Fifth chapter of the loved Ultima series it improved the gameplay from the fourth installment, expanding the universe and refining the AI, especially forn the NPCs and the setting in which for the first time there’s an alternanche day/night is a detailed representation of a culture under a dictatorship.
So let’s play Ultima V!!!

I was quite late to the party with Ultima, only playing VIII. I never really got into it though.

I had almost all of them on my PC back then but I’ve never really PLAYED them. I’ve tried to play Ultima III on the NES but I need more free time to delve into it…
