Hello guys,
The week that’s about to end has been quite juicy in terms of retrogaming.
First of all I’ve managed to “win” the same day two different challenges: I’ve completed issue #178 of Retro Gamer which I had abandoned for a few days on my nightstand and I’ve finally beaten Resident Evil 4. My first encounter with a new kind of RE game has been extremely positive: I was scared that the new style of a pseudo-first person shooter would have disappointed me but, even though the adrenaline is not the same as in the previous RE games, I have to confess that I’ve enjoyed the game more than I expected. It was a bit disappointing only the final boss, probably too easy but even other RE games had final bosses not particularly complicated. Nothing to share with something like the fucking Jaquio from Ninja Gaiden…
Unfortunately last week I didn’t manage to attend the market outside town because it was raining and it was cancelled but today the sun is shining, we have 28°C and the day is right to make some good deals! I hope I will find something to fill the last gaps in my collection. Not because my collection is almost over (I’m farther than the distance between the sun and the edge of the universe…) but because I’m running out of space in my small 8-rooms library; I’m almost at the point that I’ll have to put the games who knows where…
Just to add insult to injury, this week I’ve bought a big lot of very old games…no spoilers since I’m planning to write a dedicated post about them, but it’s surely something that will make me go crazy trying to find some space in my bedroom…

Duke Nukem is a good choice, I’ve been playing this way before and until now haven’t completed it. Glad you made 60%, if Im gonna rate myself I’d be at 30% till now and lost.
Super Mario Bros. 2 is a tough one for me. But I love Super Mario 3, have you played this one? it’s one of my fave in retro.

Hi! Yes, I’ve played SMB3 and it’s one of my favourites games ever and that’s why it earned a 100/100 grade (you can see the full list here https://iheartoldgames.wordpress.com/games-ranking/ Regarding SMB2 probably it0s even more difficult for me because I’m playing on the DS an not on an actual Famicom…
