Hello guys,
The month is about to end and the number of committments due to my incoming relocation is increasing. However I did find some time to play and buy, the two things that keep this blog alive.
Regarding the games I already own I’m going completely crazy with Ghosts anmd Goblins. Man that game really piss me off for its unresponsive controls, of course in the only moments of the game in which accuracy is the key to get past. The people behind this game should have been surely devoted to satan because it’s impossible for a human being to conceive such an hard game. I mean if you watch a stage as a whole it’s very very short and without so many enemies but still it’s hard as fuck to get past some points! I’m now at the beginning of 4th stage and I really can’t control the protagonist while jumping of the moving platforms! And the red devils? Oh boy, those bastartds are a real pain in the ass! They’re way harder te beat than the level bosses! However after a good dose of swearing and shouting I managed to half-beat the game, in the sense that I completed it but as you know you have to beat the game twice to get to the real ending.
I’ve used a lot the save function of the NES Mini but this time I don’t feel like cheating, since the game offers (at least) an unlimited number of continues. I’ve used the function just to avoid to start all over again everytime I turn on my console.
Today I will visit a small market a few kms away from where I live hoping to find something for my collection. I’ve never been to this market in particular so I really don’t know what to expect; as far as I know it could even be an antique market 🙂 I’ll let you know about it soon 😉
