Hello old games lovers,
After Super C, another franchise moved its first steps on the NES 30 years ago. We”re celebrating today the anniversary of Metal Gear, one of the first “stealth” games, relased today in 1988 on the NES. While most of us probably cut their own teeth on Metal Gear Solid on PS1, everything started almost ten years before. The first ever version of the game was released in 1987 for the MSX2 and the series spawned a lot of spin-offs and sequels, last of which is Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, released in 2015. A further chapter of the spin-off series, Metal Gear Survive, will be on shelves in February.
