Hello old games lovers,
Back in the 80s, Zork was one of the defining game for most of the home computers of the period. It was a graphically rude game, an interactive fiction that has been very popular and a precious inspiration for later games of the same genre. The original games spawned some clones and sequels and and one of this, Grand Inquisitor, is the protagonist of today’s post, since it turns 20 this month, having been released in October, 1997. Zork Grand Inquisitor is different from his heavy forerunner, since is an adventure a bit à la Myst that, even though it didn’t reached the popularity of the first chapter, received lukewarm reviews and could still be interesting to play even today.
