Hello guys,
Last week was the first after the holidays and I can say wihout any doubt that going back to work has been a bit stressful. One of my colleagues had to take 2 weeks off so my shift has changed. And it’s a nightmare. I hardly have time to stay home but all the rest of time I’ll be working. Luckily ity will be only for two weeks so from October my life will be normal again. Just in time to receive the SNES Mini 🙂
Last week finally I managed to sell one of the two NES I’ve bought recently and I’m quite happy because I’ve got some fresh money I can invest in games and consoles. Having bought it for a bargain I earned a small sum selling it again 🙂 I’ve realized that the best way to sell (and buy) stuff at the moment is from groups on facebook. I’ve never thought this would be the right place but after some subscriptions to private groups about retrogaming/by/sell/swap in half a day I’ve sold my stuff without any problem.
I should definitely check these places more often because I think I could find very interesting things…
I’ve also found online two games for the SNES that will be perfect to testo my “new” adapter for emerican and japanese cartridges. The prices are good and I hope I can win the auctions. Talking about auctions something really annoying has happened a few days ago. There was a seller on eBay who put online two games together, Legend of Zelda II : The Adventure of Link and Galaxy 5000. Sincerely I had never heard about the second but I really wanted Zelda so I’ve placed a bid. After a few hours I checked again and I realized I’ve won the auction for less that 20€!!! I mean, Zelda alone is worth almost 30€ here and I’ve seen also Galaxy 5000 is priced around 20€.
I was very excited about it but during the night I’ve received an e-mail from the seller who told me his 2 years old son broke the Zelda cartridge so it wasn’t available for sale. Of course he refund me the amount paid but I’m quite sure he wasn’t happy about the final price of the auction. I don’t want to get the wrong idea, but……
