Hello guys,
During this last week I was finally able to test my region free NES. I’ve hacked it last weekend but I still haven’t got any PAL B or NTSC game to check if the mod was working.
Well, It does! I’ve tried it with a PAL B game I’ve bought (Kung FU, I will talk about it in the future…) and It worked perfectly, at first try! One thing I noticed is that this NES doesn’t blink when is on but there’s no cartridge inserted, maybe it’s a side effect of removing one of the pins…
I’m still playing a lot of Super C and I was finally able to complete the first 3 areas without any harm .The problem is that I kepp dying in the f**king 4th area with al those bubbles and bullets. But it doesn’t looks so impossible, maybe with a bit of practice I’mm be able to pass even this stage.
A few days ago I’ve received my first NTSC game for NES directly from the UK, so thanks to Van Rockingham for this. It’s cool to receive a gift and pay it with just a review! 🙂 Maybe all of you should do the same, I’m always happy to receive games I haven’t got! 🙂 🙂 🙂
