Hello old games lovers,
Today we celebrate the 20th birthday of Mario Kart 64, released in North America on February 10th, 1997; this is the first installment of the Mario Kart saga, sort of spin-off of the Super Mario series and I see a lot of analogies with BC Racers even if the presence of Mario turns the game from cute to great. We have the possibility to use 8 different characters (Mario, Luigi, Wario, Donkey Kong, Peach, Toad, Bowser and Yoshi) and this assure an incredible longevity, especially with the possibility to play with other 3 players at the same time. You can immagine the fights and the quarrels…
See ya!

I loved this game so much when I was younger! Hard to believe that it’s already 20 years old! Happy Birthday Mario Kart 64!

I have played this game. I remember it was a very good multiplayer, with both the race and battle modes being enjoyable. The only major problem I had was that the Grand Prix only allowed two players to enter, which was annoying if more people wanted to play. Where does Moo Moo Farm come from? All the levels seem to come from Mario games or are linked to a character, except that one.
